Does anyone actually know what Virgin's AUP really is?

One can go through all their information pages - including product
specification,FAQs, Terms and Conditions and there are still no ACTUAL
figures given for any of the packages.
Just the dreaded weasel word 'unlimited'

It really is about time that someone (Ofcom?) stepped in and MADE all
ISPs give real figures.

Lots of people moan about Plusnet but at least they give figures as to
when they may take action over 'excessive' downloads and downloading at
peak times.
They also have a very good (and mostly accurate) web page where one can
view one's useage.

I only ask cos a mate keeps getting rude letters from Virgin but they
never say what their limits are that are getting complained about.

Mike

So I asked them.

I was told that you'll only get in trouble for breaking their Ts & Cs. My
attention was drawn to the issue of operating a file server that offers lots of
copyrighted content.

I was told that there are indeed no limits on the GB you use whatsoever.
