Dunno specifically, but we ran a Vigor for about two years without fault
using a VPN to another site, using Demon as ISP (fixed IP address, £25/mth
package (price just dropped, but not signed up as want flexibility to change
ISP if necessary)).
The VPN tunnel was all done from the Vigor and connected "on demand" if
there were packets from our home lan asking for addresses at the far end.
Far end never needed to initiate connection.
We never experienced any drops in speed or unreliability.
Due to change in employment, the Vigor has gone back, and we're now on a
Linksys router.
