I want to view all my computers in a Entire Network/Microsoft Windows Network.

Currently I am only able to view the computers on the local segment
(subnet). And if I move to another segment (subnet) can only view those
computers.

Computers are WIN XP SP2...
Firewalls disabled across all machines...
On domain WIN 2003 SP1...
Can connect to all computers, but am not able to view them through Entire
Network/Microsoft Windows Network.

It requires a centralized WINS Server that all the machine use.

"Network Places" is Netbios/WINS dependent.
