How to view another pc's remote connections

Hi.

We have a network with almost 80 users. We are using a hard firewall
but its interface is not enough to monitor users' remote connections.
How can i monitor any user's connections without third party software?

Can you explain a bit more what you need/want to do and about your current
configuration? What kind of remote connection is used in this case?

Hi again. I found a software called Remote Task Manager and it meets
all functions i need and more. It can be downloaded from
http://www.protect-me.com/rtm/ for a 30-day trial.
