Video through network

I have a IP camera that Is plugged into (ethernet) a linux computer
which also has a wireless (802.11a) device. A second (windows XP)
computer is on the other side of that 802.11a connection.

I need to be able to access the video stream from the IP Camera on
second computer. How do I impliment this? do I need to do a software
bridge on the Linux machine ? if you could point me to resources, that
would be appreciated.
