VIA Rhine II driver

I have downloaded a driver update from Microsoft's
website for the VIA integrated LAN driver on a SOYO
Dragon Lite KT400 mainboard. The network no longer
works. On SOYO's website they advised that if you
download this driver in WinXP it will not work, simply
roll it back. This doesn't work in 98 and removing the
adapter and trying to install the driver that came with
the mainboard is no longer an option. The OS wants the
new driver.

Any IDeas? Thanks!
