From the server terminal i can access the internet without
any problems. From a client machine it can take sometimes
over a minute to connect to a website. I am sure I have
something setup up wrong. Hope someone can point me in
the right direction.

How is your DNS configured??? Are your computers pointing
to your DC as the primary DNS server???
