I've just started uisng t his service over the last month and
have decided to try and offer some computer services from the LAN side
of this setup. The LAN has only 1-system (Win2K). After reading the
6100 manual, it seemed clear that "Port Forwarding" had to be turned
on in order to pass port connect requests and the like back into the
Win2K system. I configured all that seemed required (Port forwarding
for two custom services, each using 1-port each) and assigned the
services to the DEFAULT profile.

When I scan for the ports on the LAN side of the router, the 2-ports
are ready and waiting, but a scan on the WAN side of this setup shows
no such thing... and, as expected, connections from the WAN to those
open ports, fails.

Any ideas what else needs to be set here... I can't come up with any
more.

Any help, greatly appreciated... thanks!
