"Verbinden met.." komt elke vijf minuten ongevraagd op het scherm

Beste mensen,

Ongeacht in welk programma ik zit, komt elke vijf minuten het popupscherm
"verbinden met". Dit heeft ook tot gevolg dat, wanneer je in Outlook een
bericht off line aan het opstellen bent, je eerst helemaal uit Outlook moet
gaan voordat je kunt gaan verzenden. Ik heb Windows ME en Outlook Express 5
en Explorer 5.5. Wie helpt?
