Hi,

I'm new to nistnet. I want to vary the bandwidth with time. I know
that I can limit it, but how do I vary it? Say, I want the bandwidth
to be 1 MBps for 10 sec and 2 MBps for the next 10 sec etc.

Thanks,
Prashanth.
