Here's the deal. I have WIN XP with Alltel DSL. When I
first start running MBBN it works fine for a few
minutes. The all of a sudden the connection box for the
ISP pops up and is not able to connect, it seems like the
original BB modem is trying to connect itself instead of
running through the Microsoft router. Anyways, it won't
connect and I am working online. After this step gets
fixed, I have a whole other set of issues with one of the
networked computers.

On IE, go to Tools|Options. Check the connections tab. Set
it to LAN only (no dialup).

This may also be happening because of a poor connection
(either something not right on the TCP/IP settings,
wireless interference, or just an Internet or ISP issue).

For wireless, check that ieee 802.1x is not checked. Also
run a tracert from time to time to check the network
response time -- each hoop should be in the 100's
