USRobotics wireless adsl2+ starter kit - I'm having problems! Help!

Hi,

My desktop is connected to the network through the wireless conector
that comes with the kit.
From times to times (several times a day or non sometimes) the
connection will stop and I'll need to repair. Sometimes it is sorted as
i repair, other times it takes me ages to repair, other times i need to
switch eveything off and on (desktop and router).
My laptop with in-built wireless doesn't crash as often but does lose
connection sometimes.
What can I do?

I am not an expert but have some understanding.
