USR9105 SureConnect ADSL 4-Port Router & VPN forwarding

Does this do proper vpn forwarding? For this to work, as well as forwarding
TCP 1723, I need to forward "protocol" 47. I've had problems with customers
in the past not being able to do this, as it will only allow forwarding of
TCP/UDP ports. Anyone confirm?
