Using xcacls remotely?

I have several workstations (windows 2000 or higher) that have a file in
common. I want to add an entry in the ACL on that file on every machine at
once. I can use xcacls to do it on a windows 2003 server, but when I attempt
to share it and create a batch file to run it from each workstation.
However, I get a kernel32.dll error and it appears that the version it needs
it the on on the Windows 2003 Server.

So how do you use this utility remotely?

Thanks,

Ben

Ben-

Get XCacls from the Win 2000 Res Kit tools. It is forwards-compatbile. You
can find the tools on download.microsoft.com
