Using windows 98 in a Windows 2003 SBS Domain

I am having problems getting a Windows 98 machine to
connect to other machines in the domain. I'm running 2003
SBS. all other machines run Win 2000. i can ping all
machines using IP, but only some by name. Cannot ping 98
machine from any computer in the domain. I can see all
computers in network neighborhood, but only can access the
server and one other windows 2000 machine. I don't know
what I'm doing wrong. Any help and suggestions would be
great.
