using a printer on the network

How do I access a printer attached to another computer on
the network. I can print to the printer attached to the
Windows ME computer from the ME computer or an XP computer
on the network. But, I can't print to the XP computer
printer on the network from the ME computer. The network
printer is shown as available with a hand palm under it
but I can't print to it.
Any advice??
