Using Network Bridge, can't find DHCP Server

I want to bridge my HPNA NIC to a Wireless NIC with Win2003.
The Wireless NIC gets an IP from the DHCP Server at 192.168.123.254.

The Wireless NIC by itself can connect to the DHCP Server, and is
automatically assigned the following:
IP: 192.168.123.133
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.123.254

The HPNA NIC is normally assigned a manually entered IP, but also
works fine with an Automatic Private IP. Only problem is the HPNA NIC
cannot see the 192.168.123.xx network.

I thought Network Bridge would be the answer. However, once I use
Network Bridge and select both the Wireless NIC and HPNA NIC in the
bridge properties, the Network Bridge cannot find the DHCP Server so
it does not get assigned an IP. I can see that both NICs are
physically connected to the network still, just the Network Bridge,
even with the same configuration settings as the Wireless NIC used to
have, cannot see the DHCP Server.

Any ideas?
