Just curious, why do you need NETBUI on 2K3?

Not sure, if one can, but can't think why would one need to use it.

NetBEUI is not included with Windows Server 2003 nor is running NetBEUI
supported. Is there a specific reason you are wanting to run NetBEUI?

My thought is that if I add NetBEUI and do not bind IP to
the file and print services, then my data is a little
safer.

Thanks Michael. I've done this with lots of XP Pro and
Home workstations, but wasn't sure if those same drivers
would work with 2K3. I'll give this a shot.

I don't think so - protect your network with a good firewall and keep
everything patched to the gills, and you should be fine using IP alone.
NetBEUI is very chatty and may slow your network down.
