Using LDAP Query Groups to populate (or emulate) NTFS ACLs

I have a need for highly expressive, dynamic permissions to shared files and
folders. The closest analog to what I would like to do is in the LDAP Query
Groups feature of the Windows 2003 Server Authorization Manager--but I can't
find any way to tie a folder's ACL to AzMan...

Any thoughts?

Nothing built in to do this at the moment. You would need to take azman
functionality ties to an application you wrote that would update static groups
with membership. This wouldn't be very on the fly as the users would have to log
off and log back on to get the new token.
