Is there any security issues that should be a concern with using
Outlook Express or any other mail clients? My home network is with
40 characters passphrase (WPA).

Any recommendation on mail clients?

Spammers scan Usenet newsgroup postings for e-mail addresses, so if you
ever posted to a group and put your e-mail address in the post, it may
have been "harvested" in this way.

Wireless and emails are your least concerns, none, if you want to get right
down to it. It's about practicing safehex in general.
