Hi Doug, we have a similar issue - one of the DC was removed cleanly and a
new DC was installed and all of the services were migrated. However, the
clients were hard coeded to go to \\DC (old server) for some start-up script.
One thing- we can not change the regisrty of thousands (we have around 2000
cleint PCs coast-to-coast) of PCs. Is there any short-cut?
