Dual NICs

How can I configure the server to "share" the bandwidth between both the
onboard NICs? Right now, when I look under the Networking tab within the task
manager, I am seeing up to 75% utilization on one NIC and 0% on the other.
Shouldn't I be able to "split" the difference?"

Thanx.

You may or may not be able to do this depending on the teaming support
capabilities of the manufacturer's software:

Adapter teaming is dependant on the backbone switch supporting it also. You
may need to configure the ports on the switch connecting to the server as MTL
[multitrunklink].
