Hello,
It's possible two use 2 NIC in 1 server and create a load balancing with
this NIC for more speed in network when many users open files in this server?
(i can't use a cluster, it's for a copy center factory with 600Go data on
this server)

Hello 6stemD,

Maybe the server supports teaming, check the vendors website for some teaming
software. HP has the possibility, either for failover or for load balancing.

Best regards

Hello 6stemD,

Yes, it creates a virtual mac address and uses one ip address.

Hello 6stemD,

For HP it is important that you use the latest NIC drivers and the latest
Network configuration utility. We often had it, that the network configuration
utility pops up during install with, something like the NIC drivers are to
old. Which server version do you use?

Best regards
