Using 2 dialup accounts on network

If this is not the correct group, direct me to to one that may be be able to
give me some answers.

We have a network of 7 Win98se computers all with manually set IP's
192.168.0.x 255.255.255.0
in each, 5 of which have the gateway setting of 192.168.0.2 of the router in
the nic settings.
In the network is a 56k modem router 192.168.0.2(used for dialup to private
network) connected to
the network switch, and a 56k modem(for internet access) on computer
192.168.0.5. I am using a
program called AnalogX v4.12 for internet sharing and for mail, all working
sweet, but we also
use a program from Mochasoft (Mocha ActiveX TN3270) that refuses to work
from the network
stations through to the internet. If i enable ICS at 192.168.0.5 which
changes to 192.168.0.1
and set stations to auto IP address's, Mocha works, but the dialup program
to the private network does not.

I have tried other programs like Wingate, etc with similar results, as long
as my settings were correct.
Has anyone ever had a similar situation and found a fix that works?
