Users don't show up in network neighborhood

I changed the identification on the computer to a diffent
name and now the only person who shows up under network
neighborhood is the new identification. When I browse the
entire network the group shows up and then when I double
click the group the new user is the only one to show up.
When I look on another computer I see the new
identification and old but cannot excess either one. The
new one signs on with a user name and password so I know
that is correct and I have the new user sharing her drive.
How do I get other users to show up in the new users
network neighborhood so she can access there file? Also,
there are four other computers on the router and we all
can access each other. Thanks for any help.
