You haven't installed/connected to them yet. This is a per-user thing, not a
per-computer thing.

I don't know of any way to uninstall/delete local printers en masse via
script, although I'm sure it's possible. You might post in a scripting group
for help with that.
There are many ways to add new network printers - I'm a fan of the simple &
old fashioned con2prt.exe (resource kit download). Check out
http://www.ss64.com/nt/con2prt.html.
You definitely want to get rid of the old ones before deploying the new
ones, though - you'll confuse the h__l out of your users otherwise.
