users cannot access shares

Have a NT4 domain with a 2003 SP1 member server working as an SQL server.
Now I need to share some folders on the 2003 server. Problem is that no user
can access these shares, only the administrator can. I have everyone full
control in both share rights and security rights on the folder. Have XP
workstations.

Any idea what can be the problem?
