UserEnv Error

Good Afternoon,

I have a question regarding a continuous error I receive in event
viewer and is flooding my application log. Event ID 1030 and 1058 in the
application log are the events in question. The two references in my
research to resolve this issue have been for DFS and SMB Blocks. I cannot
find either solution.
I am running a windows 2003 server environment with three domain
controllers. One domain controller which serves as a file and print server
seems to be the only controller receiving the errors. It also happens to be
one of two Global Catalog servers, but does not hold the operational roles.
I'd appreciate it if someone can help me fix this issue. All servers have
file and print sharing enabled.
My Default Domain Policy User and Computer configuration have been
disabled and replaced with my own Domain Policy named "SWSD". Everything
seems to be fine with group policies in my network with the exception of
these Event Log Errors. Thank You for your time and effort. It is greatly
appreciated.
