I have one user who is unable to access her user share
(<server>\users\<username>). This is in an Active Directory on Server 2003
SP1. There is a Global Policy to map My Documents to
\\<server>\users\<username>\My Documents . She can log on to another PC and
access this folder. Removing the machine from the domain and re-adding it has
worked once, but no longer. Any suggestions that would prevent me from having
to wipe the machine would be appreciated.

Can you map the user directory manually?
