User Tracking

This may not be the right group to post this and if its not I appoloigize.

I am looking for a software package that will log computer usage as a hole.
I dont care about what apps they are using I am simply wanting to know when
a user logs on and off the computer.

They are Event Logs on the Domain Controller seen via the Event Viewer.

Microsoft Operation Manager (MOM) can also aggregate logs from many servers
into one place.
