I had my computer under a user's name and then I canceled
it... now the logg on thing comes on but doesnt' have a
user on it... does anyone know how to take that off????

Go to Control Panel | Network and set the primary network logon to
Windows Logon. Reboot, and log on with a user name and no password.
It won't ask for a logon again.
