i would like to make it possible to write the tempory
internet files to a secure folder for review but i am
uncertian on how to do this and how secure would the
secure folder be to hacking users.

or another idea was to restrict access to the tempory
internet files folder so that the computer would write to
the folder but the users wouldn't beable to access these
files (delete tempory files).
