when a user opens word, a homemade file is loaded and not normal.d

hello,

i work with windows 2003 server enterprise and for the client i use xp
professional.

now i want that if a user logs in on a client, and opens word, a standard
letter that i made was loaded instead of the normal.dot.
but i want this to standard happens with all the users, and not running
around and configure it all personally.

how can i do this? does anyone know?

i am a beginner so if you can be specific would that help me the most.
