I need to track when users log on and off from thier computers, in a single
windows 2003 domain. I tried to sreach before I posted so sorry if this is a
repeat. Do I need some 3rd party software?

Let me know if I'm in the wrong discussion group.

Thanks
Paul

You can use AD's built-in auditing capability to track account logon events.
This article is for Win2k, but the procedure is the same for Windows 2003:

If your using MOM or considering it check out the Manakoa System Controls MP.
It provides guidance on auditing configuration setup and has base
collection/reporting services to support your auditing activities associated
with windows security.
