User gets unmapped intermittently

I have a user in the office who works on a windows 98 machine connected to a
windows 2000 server. The problem is every once in a while her mapped drives
become unmapped. I just found out today that a reboot fixes this problem as
well. This unmap problem doesn't happen all the time. 7 out of 10 times
when she logs in, she's able to connect to all mapped drives. I have no
idea what's going on. Any help is appreciated.

How are they being mapped? Logon script through GPO?
