Use XP DUN on W98

About the only thing I have personally found better on XP is
the Dial-up utility. Better because it redials on all
errors instead of hanging for user input as DUN for W98
does. So, is it possible to install the XP DUN application
on W98se? If so, how? OR, is there another DUN replacement
someone knows of that will accomplish the same goal?
