Use Nokia E50 as modem for RRAS?

Don't know where to start looking for this ...

I've got RRAS set up to work fine on Win2k3, in that incoming calls to a
landline modem are answered properly and the connection is made and works.

I want to use a mobile phone connection, however, not a landline (don't ask
why).

I'm trying with a Nokia E50 - the phone answers the incoming call, but RRAS
doesn't seem to do anything with it.
