Hi,
I have a Dell PowerEdge 2800 running Windows 200 Server.

I suspect that the embedded Intel 10/100/1000 network card is faulty.

I would like to connect to LAN using a compatible USB network adator.
I cannot use wireless in this setup.

Can anyone suggest a compatible USB network adaptor, which is known to
work in PE2800 and Windows Server 2000?

Help appreciated.

Regards

Hello Control,

If your NIC is broken, buy a new, they are not so expensive and it should
be faster then an external via USB.

Best regards

I would like to point out that USB NICs were not designed for nor
recommended for server use. They are slower and unreliable.
