I have a PC that connects to a shared folder on an NT4 file server via a
url. The original shortcut asked for a user name and password at setup. I
would like to be able to delete this shortcut and reconnect to the share
with a different user name and password, but every new attempt to create the
shortcut doesn't ask for a new username and password. Where is this info
being remembered and how can I input the new deatails?
I have admin rights on both PC and file server.

Bad day, should have said UNC, not URL.
