Urgent Problem Windows 2003 Server

Hello,

We have problems with our server the server is running Microsoft SBS 2003,
with Servicepack 1.

We have reinstalled the server, with brand new harddisks.

Please can someone tell us what to do.
Hardware: Dell Server SC-420, 4GB Ram, 2x SATA 160GB Disks, Pentium IV 3,0
Ghz.

1st
Error:
Timeout (60000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction from the NtFrs
Service.
Source: Service Control Manager
Event ID: 7011
Catergory None

2nd
Error:
Timeout (60000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction from the GFI
POP2Exchange service:
Source: Service Control Mangager
Eventid: 7011
Category: None

Also i have stopped the File Replication Service and GFI POP2 Exchange
service. But after that the server will also freeze for 30 seconds to 1
minute. After that al is working again.

Please can someone help us, we have also search on google, microsoft
knowledgebase.

It's now for 3 months.

Did you check this one:

Also post the complete error message. Really important because of the different
options for this Event id.

I did check it, but not solving my problems.
