urgent please help ..microsoft event id +4199

Event ID : 4199
Source : TCP/IP
Description: The system detected an address conflict for IP address
x.x.x.x with the system having network hardware address
xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx. Network operations on this system may
be disrupted as a result.

i try all the method already from microsoft..

i wanna know is it possible to find out the ip address from mac address?

one curious thing was that ..server is running properly still...

dont know how to fix it ..the error message keep poping up around an hour
per time..

You can use ARP –a command to find the Mac address of other device. these search result may help.
