I have been trying to solve this problem for weeks, but wherever I post, no
one replies. Even posts on here have had no replies.

I have just installed windows xp service pack 2 for the second time. Still
no bluetooth support. There is no "Bluetooth support" service in
services.msc, and i have tried almost everything. How do I get it? Is there a
seperate file I have to download?
PLEASE HELP!!

oh supreme blah! try these:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883258/en-us
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=840635
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=873154
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/870882/
and many more at:
http://support.microsoft.com/search/...de=a&x=11&y=10

there was something that happened on a machine where i used to work when sp2
was installed, i ended up having to go download a new driver package at the
ms site, but i can't find it there right now.... search a bit, and check
your vendor's site for new drivers.

Thankyou for the reply! I have tried all of those, but still no support. When
I go to Start > Run and type in "bthprops.cpl", nothing happens. I have
searched microsoft for nearly an hour now for the bluetooth drivers and still
nothing. I am in crisis here!
I cannot use the vendor drivers because they are not supported by the Nokia
PC Suite (the whole reason for me getting a bluetooth dongle), but the
microsoft drivers are.
Looks like I need a miracle..

Find a competent computer service in your area
( or a decent computer store ), they will be glad to help you out of crisis.

Nokia PC suite supports the Widcomm BT drivers. What drivers did your
dongle come with?

My dongle came with "Belkin" drivers, which seem almost exactly the same as
the WIDCOMM drivers, but can not whatsoever get them to work with Nokia PC
Suite.
People on the Nokia forums suggested i use the microsoft drivers, but
considering i can't even do this (when Service pack 2 is MEANT to have
bluetooth support, but somehow doesn't), it seems impossible to get this to
work!

The new Nokia PC Suite supports Microsoft BT driver as well, and some others.
