I imagine that you'll be lucky to get away with the £10.50 a month
for the rental.
I'm presently on the same package that you detailed, until Wanadoo
can get my broadband connection sorted out. BT have been allowed to
bundle calls with the line rental now, so I pay £45ish per quarter,
while not placing any calls over their network. God only knows why the
regulator allowed them to do this... so much for the freedom to shop
around for the best call charges!
It is unlikely that a better deal is available for dialup, short of
someone actually paying you to log on...
