Is there anywhere this is free? I need SE to use my
wireless router. Any wireless systems that use 98?

Try using the wireless router with Win98. It might work.

If you really need 98SE, you might be able to find it at a computer
repair shop, computer swap meet, or auction web site.

I've got Win98 1st edition (Plus a few others) but strangely Win98 1st
edition I currently use as my main machine.

I've got a Netgear Access Point and a Linksys USB WiFi adapter, both
of which apparently need 2nd edition. Both work fine with my 1st
edition.

I'm not sure why the Access Point would require a particular OS as
nothing gets loaded but I've transferred data via the AP using Win98
1st edition, ME XP Linux and pocketpc2003
