UPnP only works if the app supports UPnP.
If your app doesn't support UPnP, you'll have to open the ports manually.
Port Triggering is used in this circumstance.
You (or a program you use) initiate a connection to the internet on port a,
but you (or a program you use) expects a response from port b.
