How upload files to hosted web-site as scheduled task?

My boss has a vision - that every night while we sleep our W2k3 server should
be able to upload fresh details of price and delivery for our products to our
hosted web-site.
And later on, order tracking info for our customers.

This would be in my area of competence if I could find an FTP client to run
under W2k3 which can be run from command line, with parameters including name
and password to get access.

Does anyone know of such a beast?
Or another way of making his dream come true?

OK, I have found the built-in Windows FTP client.
Sounds like everything I need.

Is this a sensible way to go, or is there something miles better?
