I have an NT Server 4.0 and plan to upgrade to Server 2003.
The NT server is a PDC (it is the only server in my Domain) and it contains
both user database, shared folders, login scripts etc.

My question is:
Will the users still have their share- and NFTS rights on the shared folders
after the upgrade?

It depends on how you will upgrade. If it in place, it should. If you upgrade to a new box, you may back up all data with permissions and restore them.

thanks Bob

I will make an in place upgrade - so it should work.

But I'll make a mirror harddisk, so I can fall back in case...
