No, your only choice then would be to purchase additional IP addresses.
There is also a type of router called a dual-WAN router, which allows you to
have upto two separate WAN ports for additional throughput. So you could
take any combination of cable and dsl modems and attach them both to your
router, and the router itself will take care of load-balancing between the
connections. You could even set it up so that you have certain WAN
connections dedicated to certain LAN nodes.
