Upgrading Firmware on MN 700

I did finally get the MSBN software file that contains the
firmware and boot files for the mn700, but my problem is
that I only have a laptop on wireless, I have no means of
connecting a computer to the router by a ethernet cable.

If need be I can always purchase a PCMCIA nic card and
hook it to the router but that would defete the purpose of
going wireless.

My question is can I use a tftp program to upgrade the
firmware and boot file manually to the mn700.

2 .bin files were extracted from the bundled program that
have mn700, 1 with EBOOT after it and the other with
NK_16MB_COMP after it.

Is there anybody that knows of a way to do this?
