Hello,
Try the following steps to restore the "System Properties Remote" tab (KB ID 811940)
1. In Windows Explorer, right-click "\WINNT\system32\remotepg.dll", and
then click "Open With".
2. In the next dialog box, click "Open With", click "Select the program
from a list", and then click " OK".
3. Click "Browse", and then locate "\WINNT\System32\regsvr32.exe".
4. Select this file, click "Open", and then click "OK".
Also, confirm the following key value is set to 1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Terminal Server\TSEnabled
